- About certificate Issuance fee for submission to the Immigration Bureau As of February 1, 2024, the issuance fee will be changed from 300 yen to 500 yen. When receiving your certificate, please have the issuance fee (500 yen per certificate) + postage + cash on delivery service fee ready.
