About certificate Issuance fee for submission to the Immigration Bureau As of February 1, 2024, the issuance fee will be changed from 300 yen to 500 yen. When receiving your certificate, please have the issuance fee (500 yen per certificate) + postage + cash on delivery service fee ready.
The JLCT test is open to all non-native Japanese speakers and Japanese language learners.
The test is conducted 6 times a year.

The Nursing Care JLCT test, certified by the Office of Healthcare Policy, Cabinet Secretariat, ｍeets the requirements for the “N3” level of the Technical Intern Training Program for the nursing care profession.
This is a test designed to measure your ability to communicate in Japanese in the field of nursing care.
The Nursing Care JLCT test is conducted 3 times a year.
